I know it's been a little while but I finally produced a new piece of art to show. This was my very first attempt at inking my pencils, using watercolor brush pens, and using a sketch wash technique. At first, I was just going to keep this simple and do only pencils and ink. But, I had all these new, wonderful tools in my possession that I had been itching to use. So, I decided to try everything on this one piece. As you can tell, I went a little overboard (okay, a lot overboard) but, I had fun doing it. And, that, is what matters...right? :)  Well, in all actuality, this was just meant to be a learning lesson for me...a process in growing and improving. This was my starting point and I do realize my mistakes and what I can do better next time. I have a lot to learn but it will all be rewarding in the end...IMD!
I wanted to list out all the tools I used to create this piece.
